The silk feels smooth to the skin and does not hold heat as cotton PJ's do.
I got a size L and and I wear roughly a size 34 waist jean and they fit perfectly. They are really comfortable and good priced. Shorts are above the knee and I'm 6 foot 1.
So Im a fan of silk pajamas as I wear red in the month of Nov. but I wanted to get something for when Im on vacations and thought this would be a good idea. It definitely was. Im 59/200 average dude and I got this in a Large and it fits me perfectly fine. I have enough space in the shirt part and the shorts fit well enough and stretch. This was a good purchase for me in my opinion.

-Machine-washable in lukewarm water (30℃) on most gentle cycle available.
-Wash different colors and fabric separately.
-Turn your silk item inside out and place it in a mesh bag to avoid the shearing and tearing of silk fibers.
-Use gentle or special detergent for silk.
-Hang dry without direct sunlight if possible.
-Tumble dry on a cool setting if using drying machine. Avoid drying for extended period of time.
-Iron when slightly damp using a cool setting. Always iron on the inside.
