In my apartment bedroom I have blackout curtains so I can sleep in (I work second shift). But when I travel for work I am often at places without light blocking curtains and find myself waking up at first light and struggling to get back to sleep. So I bought this sleep mask (in purple). I love the color- not that I really ever see it. Lol. It works great. It's comfy and fits well.. It doesn't slide off while I sleep and it blocks all the light. Sometimes I wake up and the room is BRIGHT and I had no idea. My only complaint is that the band is starting to stretch out, but as long as it continues to have elasticity and I can keep tightening the strap, I'll be fine. And if it lasts a full year, I'll consider that I got my money's worth and then I'll buy another one.
I have HORRIBLE light sensitivity with my insomnia, I will wake up and have to put a pillow over my head to *maybe* be able to sleep once the sun came up. Ever since Ive had this, I sleep almost through the night completely. My bf can use his phone (use to keep me awake if he was on it bc of the light) and he can get up and turn on lights to get ready in the am and Ill be able to sleep!!! 10/10 would recommend, not to mention you cannot feel it AT ALL if you adjust it properly and the silk is comfy, not hot at all through the night, and it covers every angle that light could get in.
This eye mask is great for me to use for Afternoon naps, since my bedroom wont be complete black out during the day. I also use this when Im on a plane. Overall, I really like it, its soft and comfortable to wear, and I can also adjust the length.
Bought a bunch for myself and family members and we all Ive them. They are light weight and keep my eyes dark. It has improved my sleep significantly! Definitely recommend and you cant beat the price.

-Machine-washable in lukewarm water (30℃) on most gentle cycle available.
-Wash different colors and fabric separately.
-Turn your silk item inside out and place it in a mesh bag to avoid the shearing and tearing of silk fibers.
-Use gentle or special detergent for silk.
-Hang dry without direct sunlight if possible.
-Tumble dry on a cool setting if using drying machine. Avoid drying for extended period of time.
-Iron when slightly damp using a cool setting. Always iron on the inside.
